Task
Ostrov is a project with a well-established visual identity and strong brand recognition. Over ten development phases, it has grown to a new level: premium residential quarters with river views, a higher price point, a more discerning audience.
The brief called for a concept that would refresh the project's image without losing its recognisability — and make people feel that Ostrov had become better, not just bigger.
One additional requirement: the concept had to be alive and adaptable — built to work across three years and flex across different campaign stages and formats.
Idea
The letter O in OSTROV stretches — and becomes the wake of a yacht on the water. A single letterform carries the whole message: the project has grown, the horizon has widened, the scale has shifted. No explanation needed.
The identity element that everyone already knows transforms into something new — and that transformation is the concept itself.
Every campaign storyline is anchored in a specific product RTB. In this flight — the extended embankment: Ostrov now has more river, more waterfront, more of the open-space feeling that defines the project. The visual language follows: water, horizon, expansion.
